I grew up in the pirates’ land. I then moved to the polar vortex of the windy city. Now I’m adventuring with leprechauns. Throughout, I travel for fun. Follow me along!
That was the short version, but if interested, here’s more:
I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and lived there until 2011, when I graduated high school and couldn’t wait to explore beyond the limits of a 111×36 mile island in the Caribbean. I crave change, so change I got when I boarded a one way flight to Chicago, IL. I spent four amazing years working around the city and pursuing my undergrad in Columbia College Chicago. I had never been outside of the US and territories, so during the summer of 2013, I woke up one morning and decided I would start saving money to travel solo a year from that moment. And that is exactly what I did. Besides enjoying and getting the most of my college life, I also deciphered my upcoming two-month trip to Europe. On May of 2014, I took off to Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Spain. During this time, I kept in mind my interest of pursuing a master’s degree someplace different, and that is when moving to Galway was my new morning idea. Just like the year before, I decided to embark in a new change of scenery and move to Ireland. And that I did. I am currently living and studying in Galway, because apparently I can’t stay away from the island life for too long.
Welcome aboard the Flying Galleon! Let’s set sail beyond the horizon.
